Warranty and Services

We not only supply air compressors but also provide installation and after sales service. Apart from this we are authorized to perform maintenance and repair services on Compair, Hydrovane and Airpol systems. 

Many customers depend on their air compressors to ensure production and/or process continuity. Maintaining your system correctly will help you avoid breakdowns while ensuring that your plant receives a continuous air supply. You will also be maximizing the efficiency of your system. This is very important because the energy costs of such systems can make up a big chunk of your operating costs. 

    Other advantages of buying a Hydrovane or CompAir system are:

    • Quick release catches ensure that panels and covers can be easily removed
    • Unbeatable warranty
    • Service components are placed behind a lift off canopy. Hence service time and downtime are both kept to a minimum
    • The suction filters, final separators and oil filters are generously sized. This ensures long service life and great quality of compressed air.


CompAir and Hydrovane Warranty

 CompAir products are covered under a six year or 44,000 operating hours warranty called ASSURE. The service agreement provided by the CompAir ensures accurate budgeting for maintenance and ownership costs. The authorized service provider is also bound to deliver guaranteed service quality. Both of the above warranties are free for the owner and among the most generous offered by the industry.

When you invest in a Hydrovane system you are eligible for the Hydrovane ADVANCE warranty. The Hydrovane ADVANCE warranty will last up to ten years or 48,000 operating hours on some important parts such as the compressor air end. The electric motor, oil cooler and controller are covered with five years of warranty. All other components come with a standard two year warranty and the customer doesn't have to pay towards their cost. 

Under the ADVANCE warranty program, compressors with power output between 4kW and 75kW are covered. The cast iron blades located in the compression unit is covered with a life time guarantee. But the Hydrovane warranty is applicable only when you use genuine parts, lubricants and service kits provided by a service provider who has been authorized to do so. The full service schedule should also be adhered to.
